- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Crooked. Cadet Padilla cited me 16T190 which was subsequently a traffic ticket for hitchhiking.They don't follow their own local rules nor do they follow federal rules. Prosecutor is dumber than a box of rocks. They refuse discovery and counsel. Thought we lived in America. It should be called the country of Logan.
